Welcome to zRep support. zRep helps you log strength workouts, manage exercises and templates, review progress, track nutrition targets, earn achievements, and optionally sync training data across devices.

When you contact support, include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords, full payment card details, or sensitive health records by email.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is zRep?

zRep is a workout tracking app for strength training. You can log exercises, sets, reps, weight, rest times, notes, templates, body measurements, nutrition targets, personal records, and achievements.

Do I need an account to use zRep?

You can use zRep with Sign in with Apple, email and password, or guest mode when available. Your workout data attaches to whichever account type you use so syncing and resets behave predictably when you upgrade from guest mode.

What data syncs across devices?

When you are signed in, zRep can sync supported profile details, settings, workout history, templates, custom exercises, measurements, achievements, and similar account data across your devices. Device-only settings, temporary caches, or in-progress local state might stay put until the next backup.

Can I use zRep offline?

Some features can work with data already on your device, but sign-in, account sync, cloud backup, exercise catalog updates, partner features, and some media may require an internet connection.

Does zRep connect to Apple Health?

Yes, only if you grant permission. zRep can write finished strength workouts to Apple Health and can read supported Health data such as heart rate, blood oxygen, active energy, step count, and walking/running distance to show session summaries, profile activity, and widgets.

Why do I see Health data missing from a session?

Health data may be missing if permission was not granted, the relevant data was not recorded during the workout, your Apple Watch or other device was not worn or connected, or Apple Health did not return samples for that time range.

How do achievements work?

Achievements are earned from logged activity, such as completed workouts, training volume, exercise variety, consistency, and personal records. New badge celebrations are intended to appear for newly earned achievements from new activity.

Can I export my data?

Yes. zRep includes export options for sessions and measurements from Settings. Exported files are shared using the iOS share sheet, so you choose where the exported file goes.

Account And Data Questions

What account information does zRep use?

Depending on how you sign in, zRep may use your account identifier, email address, display name, authentication provider, and profile details you add in the app.

What workout information does zRep store?

zRep stores workout information you enter, such as workout names, dates, duration, exercises, sets, reps, weight, set type, rest time, RPE, notes, personal records, templates, measurements, nutrition inputs, and achievements.

Where is my data stored?

zRep stores workout data locally on each device you use and, whenever you maintain a signed-in account, on secure hosted services that keep backups and multi-device parity in sync. Apple Health stays under your control unless you explicitly share data.

Can support see my password?

No. Credential checks take place inside secure authentication systems—not with support staff reviewing passwords. Nobody from zRep should ever ask you to email a password.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. Use the in-app account deletion option where available. Account deletion signs you out, removes supported local user data, and requests deletion or deactivation of supported remote user data associated with your account.

Can I turn off notifications?

Yes. You can disable zRep notification options in the app and can also disable notifications for zRep in iOS Settings.

Can I revoke Apple Health access?

Yes. Open the iOS Settings app and manage zRep's Health permissions under Privacy & Security > Health.
